Single day rentals will be dropped off by 10AM and picked up by 8PM. Full weekend rentals will be delivered by 10AM Saturday and picked up by 8PM Sunday. The drop-off and pick-up times may vary as we are always willing to work with our customers to achieve their specific rental needs.
No, Bouncin’ Roos LLC does not charge by the hour. We offer rentals per day, weekend or week.
Bouncin’ Roos LLC will deliver and set up all rentals and ensure the equipment is clean, anchored and in working condition. If the delivery is within 15 miles of Glenville, then the delivery is free! If we deliver to a location greater than 15 miles from Glenville an 80 cent/mile charge will be added.

Yes, Bouncin’ Roos LLC requires a $50 deposit on all Equipment rentals. The deposit will be collected upon reservation of the Equipment and will be credited towards the remaining balance which is due upon the time of Equipment delivery.
Upon requesting a reservation, a member from Bouncin’ Roos LLC will contact you via email with a link to pay the deposit online. On the date of delivery, the remainder of your balance will be charged to the credit card on file. You will have the option to pay utilizing a different credit card or cash the day of delivery. A 3% charge will be charged for all credit card transactions.
Sales tax will be charged on the invoice subtotal.
The Customer may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours or more prior to delivery of the Equipment without charge of the remaining balance. In the event the Customer cancels the reservation within 24 hours of the delivery of the Equipment, then the Customer’s will be charged for the full remaining balance. Bouncin’ Roos LLC shall have the right to cancel a reservation due to weather conditions or when it is unsafe to operate the Equipment. In the event Bouncin’ Roos LLC cancels a reservation the Customer will not be charged for the remaining balance and the deposit will be refunded to the Customer.
Bouncin’ Roos LLC cannot guarantee weather conditions. If the Equipment is delivered by Bouncin’ Roos LLC and accepted by the Customer, then the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund if weather conditions are not conducive to the safe use of the Equipment, or if the Customer otherwise elects not to use the Equipment for any other reason. Bouncin’ Roos LLC shall have the right to cancel a reservation due to weather conditions or when it is unsafe to operate the Equipment. In the event Bouncin’ Roos LLC cancels a reservation the Customer will not be charged for the remaining balance and the deposit will be refunded to the Customer.
